Project updates, collaborations, community events, and behind-the-scenes features. This story hub is updated from time to time as new projects and relationships take shape.
Katch Kreations recently received a late-night call from River Dave about an urgent, time-sensitive project he was not sure he could complete.
After a very long overnight effort, Paul and the Katch Kreations team made it happen.
The successful project led to a morning visit to the shop, where the conversation quickly expanded beyond the finished piece. Paul and River Dave connected over their shared interest in machines, manufacturing, and how things are built, while the rest of the visit centered on creativity, 3D printing, and the growing possibilities surrounding Katch Kreations.
The visit also created an opportunity to share the company’s vision for using its skills and resources to support charitable organizations and community projects. River Dave expressed interest in that mission and encouraged his son to spend more time developing his own 3D printing skills.
For Katch Kreations, the experience was another reminder of how one challenging project can lead to new relationships, shared knowledge, and unexpected opportunities to make a difference.
Katch Kreations was honored to be part of a very special wedding celebration for Pam Richardson and Brad Lasker at The Clothes Closet in Lake Havasu City.
After a very long overnight effort, Paul and the Katch Kreations team made it happen.
After sharing their lives for approximately 20 years without marrying, Pam and Brad were given the opportunity to celebrate their love with a wedding made possible by an incredible community effort. As Pam continued her battle with cancer, Christine Buntemeyer of The Clothes Closet helped bring local businesses, nonprofits, and individuals together to create the celebration in just a few short weeks.

Katch Kreations contributed custom centerpieces, picture frames, and 3D-printed flower vases for the ceremony. The vases were later filled with flowers donated and beautifully arranged by Lady Di’s, helping transform the space into a heartfelt setting for Pam and Brad’s special day.
For Paul and Patti, the experience was about much more than the pieces they created. It was an opportunity to witness the power of love, devotion, and a community coming together to help someone else.
“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of such a beautiful occasion. Pam was such a beautiful, radiant bride and Brad was just beaming. Their love and devotion to each other is palpable.”
For Katch Kreations, the celebration was another reminder of why they believe creativity and technical ability can serve a greater purpose. Sometimes the best use of a 3D printer, a design idea, or a few hours of work is simply helping create a memory someone will carry with them forever
Paul and Patti remain focused on what they do best:
Congrulations, Pam and Brad — and thank you for allowing Katch Kreations to be part of such a beautiful day.
Do Good . . . And Good Will Follow.

Katch Kreations recently received an exciting opportunity after NexGen Cryo discovered the company through a Google search.
After learning about Katch Kreations’ custom 3D design, prototyping, manufacturing experience, and printing capabilities, NexGen Cryo reached out to Paul and Patti about assisting with a major project involving the development of a next-generation locomotive system.
The project will involve assisting with the production and testing of prototype parts, with early development work taking place locally in Lake Havasu City. It is an exciting opportunity to bring Paul’s decades of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, robotics, machinery, controls, and custom equipment development together with Katch Kreations’ growing 3D printing, scanning, design, and prototyping capabilities. There is even a little humor behind this new chapter.

Paul retired at 55 after accumulating more than 750,000 frequent-flyer miles throughout his career and was fairly certain he would never fly for work again.
Apparently, retirement had other plans.
As Patti put it: “Never say never.”
The opportunity is also a reminder of the importance of building a strong foundation around a great business. Katch Kreations has been working to strengthen its website, Google presence, SEO, CRM, customer communications, product development, and online visibility so that more people can discover what Paul and Patti are capable of doing.
For Katch Kreations, this project represents more than a new opportunity. It is an example of how years of experience, modern technology, and the right digital foundation can come together to create something bigger.
Paul and Patti remain focused on what they do best:
Imagine. Design. Create. Solve problems. Help people.
Katch Kreations looks forward to sharing more as the project develops.
Do Good . . . And Good Will Follow.
