Customers should not assume that payment for a physical printed item automatically transfers ownership of underlying design files, source files, models, artwork, or other intellectual property.
7. 3D Printing Limitations
3D printing results can vary depending on the design, material, dimensions, printing method, orientation, environmental conditions, and intended use.
Minor variations in appearance, texture, color, dimensions, surface finish, or other characteristics may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
8. Replacement Parts and Specialty Projects
Katch Kreations may evaluate requests for replacement parts, adapters, brackets, organizers, specialty components, and other problem-solving projects.
Not every component is suitable for 3D printing.
Projects involving high heat, heavy loads, electrical safety, pressure, medical applications, life-safety applications, or critical mechanical operation may require specialized manufacturing methods and may not be appropriate for 3D printing.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a finished product is suitable for their specific application and environment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Orders and Production
Production timelines depend on project complexity, material availability, quantity, design requirements, finishing, and current production capacity.
Estimated deadlines are provided in good faith but may change when project requirements, materials, customer approvals, or circumstances outside Katch Kreations' control change.

Fundraising arrangements, production costs, proceeds, quantities, timelines, donated services, and other partnership details are determined individually for each project.

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and payment deadlines may vary by project and will be communicated before production when applicable.
